What about the corrupted medical behavior?

Dear colleages:
your beautiful speach hasn't one important aspect: corrupted physician
behavior.

What can we do if our public hospital and their services are conducted by
non ethic people?
Colleages who use this healthy place as a "private bussines" to accumulate
influence, fame and profites.
There are wealthy people in a powerty medical structure.
Most of them are head of important medical services.
Another are clinical searchers who tray to convince us about the value of
their pharmacological drugs and healthy tools and medical discovery.( they
receive money from the industry)
Some doctors have similar behavior as the " mafia"( medical unions, for
example).
They believe that the hospital is their way to capitalize them.

With corrupted people, nothing deeply can we do to chance our society.
Instead of our beautiful purpose.
We must "delete" this people to beguin an epidemiological and healthy work.
And to change our " poetry" to intense politic action ( medical
education, ethical controls and so forth).
